Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) – Learning Disabilities
The services comprises both community teams (CTPLD) for people with learning disabilities and the Intensive Support Team (IST)
The CTPLD team provide a specialist healthcare service for people with learning disabilities and related health needs. The IST team provides community assessment and treatment to adults with learning disabilities experiencing mental health of behaviour that challenges.
